The Government will evaluate quotes submitted in response to this solicitation in accordance with the factors listed below.

Minimum Technical Capability/Requirements (Pass/Fail)

• Technical capability will be assessed on a pass/fail basis based on the respondent team’s experience providing janitorial recreation cleaning services for municipal, state or other federal agencies. The contractor must demonstrate staff experience in janitorial cleaning of recreation facilities, public parks, or similar facilities.

The Contractor must provide a list of all contracts or subcontracts and associated references related to janitorial recreation cleaning services for municipal, state or federal government agencies completed within the last three years. The Contractor will provide a phone number or email address for the appropriate point-of-contact on prior contracts so that the BLM may conduct reference checks.
