The Statement of Work specifies cleaning schedules tailored to each facility: the RNWRC Headquarters Administrative Office requires bi-weekly cleaning; the Community Nature Center requires weekly cleaning with supply replenishment; the Maintenance Shop requires bi-weekly cleaning; and Steigerwald Lake requires monthly cleaning. Services include sweep/mop, vacuum carpet, bathroom sanitization, furniture and surface dusting, window cleaning, waste container management, and touch-point disinfection. The contractor must provide all supervision, personnel, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment except government-furnished toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, plastic bags, air freshener, and vacuum. All contractor employees must be bonded and undergo Fish and Wildlife Service background investigations. Within five business days of award, the contractor shall submit a detailed annual cleaning schedule to the Refuge Project Leader.
