Base requirements plus all alternate items are anticipated at twelve months from award.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is 100% small business set aside and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Part 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal

Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The NAICS code is

339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing.

Instructions

All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is Price with past performance showing three projects of same and/or similar work completed or in process reflecting the previous five years. The government reserves the right to research additional past performance records of all companies where bids are submitted. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.

A site visit is not scheduled at this time. If any participant suggests a site visit is required for an accurate proposal, a site visit can be scheduled and bid due date can be extended.
