About this file

This is a Single Feasible Source (SFS) solicitation document from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a SatLink 3 GOES Transmitter. The DNR's Water Resources Center (WRC) maintains 150 wells monitoring groundwater levels across the state, requiring components including power sources, transmission antennas, water-level sensors, and data logger/GOES transmitters. The solicitation opened on April 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM CDT and closed on April 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM CDT. The contract period runs from May 6, 2022 through one year with two optional one-year renewals, potentially extending to May 5, 2025. The equipment must integrate with U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) automated data processing systems.

The payment terms are Net 45 Days with Free On Board Destination delivery terms. The solicitation is open to all vendors and has been designated as having no line items. While no estimated total value is provided, the project requires specialized equipment that can interface with GOES satellites and USGS systems. The contact for this solicitation is Courtney Lyon at the DNR office in Jefferson City, Missouri.
