About this file

This document is a solicitation issued by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the SatLink 3 GOES Transmitter. The DNR currently maintains 150 wells across the state, each with a power source, transmission antenna, water-level sensor, and data logger/GOES transmitter. The solicitation seeks to procure the SatLink 3 or SatLink 3-Lite data logger/GOES transmitter, which is the heart of the installation. The output from these transmitters is designed to be received and retransmitted by the GOES satellite, as well as received by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and automatically entered into their data processing system. The contract period is one year from the date of award on May 6, 2022, with two optional one-year renewals, potentially extending the contract through May 5, 2025.

The solicitation has no line items, and delivery terms are Free On Board Destination. Payment terms are Net 45 Days. The estimated total value of the contract is not provided. The solicitation is open to all vendors, and there are no set-aside requirements mentioned. No information is given about the current incumbent or funding sources for this procurement.
