SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) – Contracting, located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing the rental of building Space to conduct Qualification Course Graduations of in support of the
USASOC. The primary site shall be located within thirty-five 35 miles (road distance) of 2929 Desert Storm Drive, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and it has capacity for up to 2500 personnel (Reference Number: H92239-25-Q-0012) can be downloaded from the https://sam.gov/content/opportunities website. This is not a Request for Proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. Anticipated days of usage are May 15, 2025, and Aug 28, 2025. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of interest of all businesses, determine any interest from the small business community, and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice. The information provided by the participants is strictly voluntary.
This IS NOT a request for technical/management proposals. If you are an interested source and capable of meeting the entire requirement without failure, please provide the following voluntary information:
1) Company name and Point of Contact.
2) Unique Entity ID number and CAGE code.
3) Socioeconomic Status (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.), if applicable.
4) GSA Schedule Contract Holder Information, to include contract number, if applicable; and
5) A brief Statement of Capability (no more than 5 pages); which addresses the following questions and demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements specified in the PWS and includes any Past Performance information on Government contracts of similar size and scope.
The following shall be provided:
• Two (2) uniformed security guards for each ceremony,
• One (1) Emergency Medical Team
• Ten (10) Event In-House Security
• Audio equipment, two screen projectors, chairs, tables, and stage
• Seating
• Audio Visual Coordinator
• Audio Equipment: Microphone, PA system with speakers, Projector, Projection screens 2 each (12’x12’), DVD, CPU,
• Stage
• Stage lights
• Table with skirts 10 each (8ft)
• Uniformed deputies (2 each)
• Spotlights 2 each
• Clean Restrooms
The anticipated NAICS code is 531120 “Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini warehouses)” with a size standard of $34M. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. No feedback will be provided regarding individual capabilities statements. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.
Capability statements are due no later than 2:00 PM EST on 22 April 2025. Please submit all responses via email to both points of contact listed below.
