STATEMENT OF WORK

1. This is a non-personal service to provide a facility for Graduation of Qualification

Courses. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the service provider performing the services.

The Contractor shall provide the facility on May 15, 2025, and Aug 28, 2025, with all the necessary equipment.

2. General Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Requirements

The contractor bears sole responsibility for compliance with Federal, state and municipal safety and health laws, regulations and standards that apply to the work performed under this contract, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The Contractor shall be liable for all fines, penalties and costs that result from violations of, or failure to comply with, all such local State, or Federal laws, rules and regulations. The contractor is responsible for the safety of its employees to include providing all required safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE). The Contractor/subcontractor(s) at any tier are responsible for assuring equipment is in a safe and serviceable condition and capable of performing all tasks in a safe, responsible manner. The Government does not assume and hereby specifically disavows any duty to inspect the equipment to assure safe operation. The contractor/subcontractor supervisors shall monitor worksites and operations to identify and remove potential hazards and ensure employee compliance with applicable safety regulations. The contractor will attempt to eliminate hazards or if that is not possible to determine the best means of mitigating hazards. The contractor shall also take additional immediate actions/precautions as requested by the Contracting

Officer Representative (COR) when the contracting officer determines that such measures are necessary for safety and health purposes.

3. The graduation facility shall be available on the dates listed in paragraphs 1 and 4.

The Facility must be able to hold a minimum of 1,500 personnel and a maximum of

2,500 personnel. The contractor will provide two (2) uniformed security guards for each graduation ceremony. The contractor will provide all equipment for each graduation to include Audio equipment, two screen projectors, chairs, tables, and a stage.

4. The initial graduation will take place on May 15, 2025, followed by another on Aug

28, 2025, at the required facility. Reservations will be secured through a purchase order and coordination with the contracting office or it’s representative. Should cancelation of the venue be required the customer must be allowed a reasonable time such as 72 hours prior to the event to notify Facility Management and receive a full refund for the reservation. In the case that the facility is unavailable due to no fault of the government, the management will provide an alternative venue at no additional cost.

5. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and services for the graduation to include but not limited to:

• Two (2) uniformed security guards for each ceremony,

• One (1) Emergency Medical Team

• Ten (10) In House Security

• Audio equipment, two screen projectors, chairs, tables, and stage

• Seating

• Audio Visual Coordinator

• Audio Equipment: Microphone, PA system with speakers, Projector, Projection screens 2 each (12’x12’), DVD, CPU

• Stage

• Stage lights

• Table with skirts 10 each (8ft)

• Uniformed deputies (2 each)

• Spotlights 2 each

• Clean Restrooms

6. The contractor shall report all contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: https://www.sam.gov.

7. Reporting inputs if applicable will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through

September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year. Contractors may direct questions to the help desk at https://www.sam.gov.
