This document is an Assessment of Actions Having an Effect on Historic Properties for the Canaveral National Seashore Pavement Preservation Project. The project involves applying a pavement preservation treatment to the roadway and parking areas in the Playalinda District and Apollo District of the park, including Eldora Loop Road and associated parking lots. The project will include resurfacing, striping, installing new wheel stops, identifying and marking ADA-compliant parking, and replacing informational and regulatory signs. The document indicates that the project has been reviewed by cultural resource specialists and determined to have no adverse effect on historic properties. The review was conducted under the 2008 Servicewide Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance. The project is part of a larger federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number 693C73-25-B-000001, for the Canaveral National Seashore - NP SER PMS FY24(1), with bids due on 10/3/2024.
