About this file
The document is a Sensitive Security Information Acknowledgement Form issued by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. The form relates to a procurement opportunity for the purchase of BMW R 1250 RT motorcycles, with a contract term of three years and two potential option years, expected to commence on or about January 1, 2026. The solicitation is available through the City's Procurement Portal, and potential vendors can seek technical support via email or the portal's support feature. The contract will terminate upon reaching the end of its term or through other specified termination provisions.
The acknowledgement form emphasizes strict handling of sensitive security information, governed by federal regulations (49 C.F.R. Parts 15 and 1520). Authorized representatives must agree to properly manage and ultimately destroy documents containing sensitive information, with compliance tied to the contract's completion date. The procurement is specifically for the City of Phoenix and will require vendors to sign a formal acknowledgement of information handling requirements before participating in the motorcycle purchase opportunity.
