About this file

Seller SP Checklist for CPOC 5-Year Promotional Items

This is a Seller Specification Checklist document for a Pennsylvania micro purchase contract opportunity for promotional items through the City's CPOC program. The procurement is structured to award the contract as a whole or by individual line items, whichever serves the City's best interests. Sellers must submit quotes for all items to be eligible for award consideration. The contract will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Critical to the bidding process is the requirement that no delivery or services shall commence until explicit authorization is received from the purchasing department.

The document functions as a compliance and specification verification tool for sellers to ensure their products and pricing submissions meet all technical requirements and procurement standards established for the promotional items micro purchase. Bidders must complete this checklist thoroughly to demonstrate their understanding of specifications, confirm product compliance, and validate their pricing terms against the City's requirements for the 5-year promotional items contract award.
