About this file

This is a Seller Checklist for Small Purchases related to a tent rental micro purchase opportunity issued by a Pennsylvania municipality. The procurement seeks quotations for tent rental services, specifically a 10 x 40 white marquee and a 10 x 10 marquee rental. Sellers must quote all items listed in order to be considered eligible for award. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by individual line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No delivery or services should commence until the department provides formal notification of award.

The checklist document serves as a pre-bid compliance tool to ensure sellers understand the submission requirements and terms governing this small purchase procurement. Pricing must be provided for all line items, and the award methodology prioritizes cost competitiveness while maintaining responsiveness and responsibility standards. No additional information regarding specific response deadlines, site visits, bidders' meetings, contract term, renewal options, or funding sources is detailed within this checklist document.
