About this file
This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform for a micro purchase opportunity in Pennsylvania. The solicitation requests quotes for four items: a Sound Level Meter, Digital Light Meter, GFCI Receptacle Tester, and Standard Laser Distance Meter. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items listed in order to be eligible for award consideration. The contract prohibits delivery or provision of services until official notification from the department.
The checklist outlines the required submission steps for vendors responding to this opportunity, including: confirming seller role status, answering the Local Business Entity (LBE) certification question, entering unit costs for each item, answering all mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting a Consent & Authorization form. Vendors must also address any red validation warnings before submission through the PHLContracts portal at www.PHLContracts.phila.gov. Optional documentation includes the LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on pricing and responsiveness to all bid requirements.
