About this file
This is a seller checklist document for the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department's Office Automation Program, outlining the required steps for vendors to submit quotes through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist applies to a specific contract opportunity for Qty 10 j5create USB 3.0 Multi-Adapter Hubs in Pennsylvania. Vendors must complete multiple tabs within the online system, including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections. All deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock, and vendors are responsible for providing installation and configuration costs unless otherwise directed by the City.
Vendors submitting quotes must confirm their seller role status, answer whether their business is a certified Local Business Entity (though this program does not apply to Office Automation), enter unit costs and any applicable discounts for each item, respond to all mandatory questions, accept the terms and conditions, and submit required attachments such as product literature upon request. Validation messages will guide vendors through incomplete sections, and quotes cannot be submitted until all red validation warnings are resolved. The checklist emphasizes that vendors must review the Office Automation Form for specific installation, configuration, and maintenance requirements before finalizing their submission through www.PHLContracts.phila.gov.
