Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have an active UEI number. Quotes are due by 12:00 pm PST on 07/31/2025, with questions accepted until 12:00 pm PST on 07/29/2025. The solicitation specifies brand new, manufacturer-certified equipment with delivery terms of FOB destination and payment processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
