About this file

This is a Security Annex Template for offeror submission in response to the AFSOC Innovation, Logistical, and Material Support OTA (Solicitation Number AFSOC-OTA-26-001). The template is designed for evaluation purposes only to demonstrate an offeror's capability to support classified work and does not authorize access to classified information or constitute approval to perform classified work.

The Security Annex requires offerors to provide comprehensive information across seven key areas: current facility clearance (FCL) status and cognizant security agency details; personnel security clearances, including counts of Secret and Top Secret clearance holders and SCI-eligible personnel; secure facilities and classified workspaces availability, including location relative to Hurlburt Field, FL, and accreditation status; classified information handling procedures demonstrating compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM); subcontractor and teaming security arrangements with clearance verification and flow-down requirements; known limitations and mitigation strategies for rapid classified task order execution; and points of contact for the Facility Security Officer and alternate security personnel. Offerors must address whether secure facilities are government-provided or contractor-owned and their ability to access government-provided facilities if required.
