About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Finance and Facilities Division for the Strategic Tactical Equipment and Logistics (STEAL) contract (Solicitation Number SHOP-PR-25-001071). The form is designed to evaluate a contractor's past performance across six key criteria: Quality of Service, Schedule, Cost Control, Business Relations, Management of Key Personnel, and Utilization of Small Business. Each criterion can be rated from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory, with detailed definitions provided for each rating level.
The questionnaire requires a previous contract reference to complete, and is intended to be submitted directly to the FBI Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist via email. The document serves as a comprehensive assessment tool to gather detailed performance information about a contractor, including their ability to meet contractual requirements, solve problems, and deliver services effectively. The final section includes an opportunity for the reference to provide overall commentary on the contractor's performance and future suitability for critical programs.
