About this file
This is a form template requiring contractors to identify and document facilities within a half-mile radius of a proposed Residential Reentry Center (RRC) that might raise public concerns. The form is part of solicitation #15BRRC25R00000010 for residential reentry services in Ada County (Boise), Idaho.
The template contains a table where offerors must list nearby establishments such as schools, day-care centers, historical landmarks, and other residential facilities. For each facility, contractors must provide the business name and address, distance from the proposed RRC site, and a narrative describing possible opposition concerns. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be included in the documentation, but all facilities within the half-mile radius must be documented.
