About this file

This is a Section B Schedule document for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for enterprise-level IT support services sponsored by the FAA Office of Information Technology. The contract has a ten-year period of performance and utilizes a hybrid pricing structure combining fixed price award fee (FPAF), fixed price (FP), and time and materials (T&M) models, with task orders issued incrementally throughout the performance period. Individual task orders will not exceed one year in duration, with work performed under corresponding Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) aligned with specific service areas. The pricing schedule is provided in Exhibit B-001, and all services must comply with the base IDIQ Performance Work Statement and applicable task order PWS requirements.

The contract establishes five primary service CLINs: CLIN X001 (Program Management) awarded as FPAF with award fees not exceeding 3% of total fixed price task orders; CLIN X002 (Service Center Support) awarded as fixed price per seat with performance-based price adjustments per Exhibit B-003; CLIN X003 (Lifecycle Asset Management—End-User Device Support) initially T&M with potential conversion to fixed price per asset; CLIN X004 (Lifecycle Asset Management—Backend Infrastructure Support) initially T&M with similar conversion option; CLIN X006 (IT Customer Training Support) awarded as T&M with ceiling hours and dollars; and CLIN X007 (Special Projects Support) awarded as either fixed price or T&M depending on project scope. Labor rates for T&M CLINs are specified in Exhibit B-001, and the FAA retains unilateral authority to convert task orders or create new task areas based on performance outcomes.
