About this file

The file is an Excel spreadsheet titled "Section 3 Small Business Firms Past Performance" used to document a small business's past performance for a federal contract opportunity. The spreadsheet requires detailed information about the firm's three largest IDIQ and standalone construction contracts, including contract number, dollar amount, number of task orders, period of performance, contract type, and the firm's role (prime, subcontractor, joint venture). Additional sections capture the largest IDIQ task orders, two largest fixed-price construction task orders, and Department of Defense (DoD) construction contracts.

This template is specifically designed to support a Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Sources Sought Synopsis for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for design-build and design-bid-build projects at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The contract aims to award up to six contracts with a total estimated construction cost of $4 billion over five years, with individual project values ranging from $3 million to $500 million. The solicitation encourages participation from small businesses, including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, and other small business categories, with responses due by June 23, 2025.
