This document is a Question & Answer notice for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the California State Summer School for the Arts (CSSSA) for Host Site Services for their summer program. The RFP seeks proposals to provide all labor, materials, facilities, housing, food, personnel, equipment, and other services needed to serve as the host site for the CSSSA summer program for the next 3-5 years starting in 2025. The RFP answers questions regarding the ability to submit joint proposals, the timing of the optional Summer Bridge Program, and the hiring responsibilities for health services and faculty/staff personnel.
The contract opportunity has an estimated duration of 3-5 years starting in 2025. The awarded contractor will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing all personnel needed to support the host site requirements, except for CSSSA faculty. Proposers have the option to submit a joint proposal indicating the work that will be performed by any subcontractors or co-proposers. Funding requirements and sources are not explicitly stated in the document.
