About this file
This is Question and Answer Set #1 / Addendum #1 for IFB# SD24-00002 from the California Correctional Health Care Services regarding Pharmaceutical Courier Services. The document addresses a single question about licensing requirements for bidders.
The Q&A clarifies that bidders must have the California Third-Party Logistics Provider License with the California State Board of Pharmacy at the time of bid submittal, as stated on page 4 of the IFB. The document explicitly states that all minimum qualifications must be met at bid submittal for a bid to be considered responsive and responsible, and bidders cannot submit applications for the license during the bid process, even though the processing time is 45 days.
