About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) establishing requirements for the procurement and delivery of an electric fish pump system at Rock Creek Hatchery. The project aims to replace an existing hydraulic and diesel-powered pump system with a new electric system to reduce environmental contamination risks, eliminate the need for forklift-assisted equipment placement, and improve operational safety and efficiency. The contractor must furnish, assemble, and deliver a complete Aqua-Life BioStream Model BP80 pump system with specified components including inlet and discharge fittings, stainless steel clamps, rubber gaskets, suction hoses, a speed display remote control, a 100-foot power cord, a suction tube assembly, two 25-foot sections of clear spiral suction hose with appropriate fittings and hardware, and crating and packaging materials. All equipment must be new, fully functional, and delivered in good working condition free from defects. The contractor must provide manufacturer documentation including operation and maintenance manuals and warranty information. All deliverables must be completed no later than May 29, 2026. The ODFW Project Manager is Rob Tornatore (541-900-4079) and the Contract Officer is Ashley Kallberg (971-372-4431).

Payment will be issued as a one-time payment upon completion of delivery, receipt of a valid invoice, and ODFW's written acceptance of all deliverables, in accordance with standard State of Oregon payment terms of Net 30. Upon receipt and installation, ODFW will conduct a formal acceptance review to verify that equipment is complete and matches specifications, is free from damage or defects, and that the system is operational and ready for use. If deliverables do not meet the requirements, ODFW will notify the contractor in writing of deficiencies and require correction, replacement, or repair at no additional cost. Final acceptance will occur only upon successful inspection and confirmation that all requirements have been met.
