This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for linen service at the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station in Elizabeth City, NC, with a period of performance from March 31, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The contractor will provide weekly laundering services for Coast Guard-owned linens at Building 23 (1664 Weeksville Rd), with future relocation to RCB Building 54 after renovation.

The scope includes pickup and delivery of approximately 15 bags of soiled linens weekly (with an estimated 50 additional bags annually), consisting of bedding items such as blankets and sheets. Pickups must occur between 0900-1130 Monday through Friday. The contractor must provide two rolling carts - one for clean and one for soiled linens. Clean linens must be returned folded and covered to prevent dust/dirt, though individual wrapping is not required.
