SCOPE OF WORK
128 Slice Computed Tomography
Lawton Indian Hospital
Lawton, Oklahoma
A. Overview of Project
The intent and objective of this Scope of Work is to install a new state of the art 128 Slice Computed Tomography equipment which will perform diagnostic CT, Cardiac, Brain Perfusion, Bone Density, Dual Energy, 3D Camera integrated into the workflow, Power Injector attached to the scanner with minimal exposure to the patient. We would like to purchase the 128 Slice Computed Tomography equipment with in the next 3 months. The addition of 128 Slice Computed Tomography equipment will make available the most update computed tomography services to the Lawton Service Unit patient population. To ensure a smooth transition into 128 Slice Computed Tomography the project will need to be turnkey.
B. Services to be Performed by the Vendor
