About this file

This document contains a schedule of labor rates and exploratory drilling services for a multiple award task order contract solicitation for environmental compliance and hazardous material/waste management support services. Key details include 56 labor disciplines across scientific, engineering and program management fields with fully burdened hourly rates provided for a five year contract period. Exploratory drilling and sampling services are included with unit rates for tasks such as soil borings, monitoring well and temporary well installation, geoprobe sampling, and mobile laboratory services. Laboratory analyses are specified for media including soil, soil gas, groundwater and surface water covering contaminants such as petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, semi-volatiles, metals and emerging compounds. Proposals are due on April 13, 2021 with contract awards planned for May 2021. The soliciting agency is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District and the total contract value is not estimated to exceed $30 million over five years.
