A kick-off meeting is required within 30 calendar days of the effective date.

Pricing is firm for a 365-day initial period with adjustments permitted in subsequent periods based on documented changes in actual contractor costs through written evidence and mutual negotiation. Payment will be made via EFT to the contractor's bank account. Late or improper completion of contract activities results in liquidated damages of $5,000 plus $100 per day for each day of non-compliance. The contractor must comply with environmental and energy efficiency requirements, provide Material Safety Data Sheets for hazardous chemicals, disclose mercury content in products with justification if unavoidable, and identify any brominated flame retardants. All invoices must include date, purchase order number, work location, quantity, description, unit price, shipping costs, and total price.
