Amendment 002

Questions:

1. Is the Cover Page included in the 40 page limit?

2. Does the Transmittal Letter count in the 40 page limit?

3. Does the Table of Contents count in the 40 page limit?

2. We are under the impression that Part 1 of the Reference pages would be outside of the 40 page limit... could you please clarify that as well?

Response: The Cover Page, Transmittal Letter, Table of Contents and Past Performance Information are not included in the 40 page limit.

Question:

Who currently provides these services?

Response: There is no incumbent.

Question:

Was there a preannouncement meeting/conference call? Is there a recording of this presentation/discussion?

Response: NIST held an Industry Day on January 31, 2012. A copy of the presentation that was made is attached, as well as a list of individuals that registered to attend. The Industry Day was part of NIST’s market research efforts prior to posting the RFP. Not attending the Industry Day does not preclude vendors from submitting a proposal.
