About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details maintenance and support requirements for two Oxford Instruments processing systems located at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center's Code 553 Detector Development Laboratory. The document outlines two distinct support packages: a Comprehensive Support Agreement for the PlasmaPro 100 Estrelas (Serial Number 220276) and a Self Sufficiency Support Package for the PlasmaPro 100 Cobra (Serial Number 220278), both valid through February 1, 2026.

The support packages include annual preventive maintenance, technical support, remote support, and parts replacement services. Specific requirements include telephone support, call center access, on-site field service engineer visits within five business days for system failures (Estrelas), 24-hour technical help desk response (Cobra), and remote support via TeamViewer. The performance will occur at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, with primary contacts including Christine Jhabvala and Edward Wassell. Parts coverage excludes rotary pumps, consumables, and spares, and the delivery schedule runs from receipt of order through February 1, 2026.
