| The Solicitation Synopsis indicates this as a small business set aside and FAR 52.219-6 and 52.219-14 are in the contract. Since this is a contract for product/supplies, the non- manufacturing rule applies. Most likely the products of a Large Business are going to be required to fulfill the requirements of this solicitation. In order for the non- manufacturing small business to propose these Large Business products, there would need to be a waiver of the NMR. |
- Please advise if a class or individual waiver to the NMR has been obtained from SBA for this procurement.
- Please insert FAR 52.219-6 Alternate 1 if such a waiver has been obtained.
Per discussion with SBA, NAICS code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) is applicable to resellers selling to the government. NAIC code for this solicitation will be updated accordingly.
