Additional Q&As Real Estate Brokerage Services – SAQMMA13R0079 (Answers in bold)

1. Please can you confirm that you will not allow any tables or diagrams in the technical proposal, other than the one sheet permitted for tables and diagrams? And that the main document is expected to be text only? Your call – but my answer is yes, we confirm the instructions.

1. Please can you confirm that if the technical proposal is the correct paper size, margin size and font size that you are not concerned about colour of font or page layout? Same answer.

1. Please confirm that the pricing is expected to be returned to you in Excel on the CD and a further three copies incorporated into word as part of the Volume II submission? We confirm the instructions.

For section J, presumably as these are expected to be sealed returns you are only expecting one copy of each? We confirm the instructions.

1. Please confirm what you would like us to do if a respondent to section J, does not return the feedback to us as you request? For example if they email the return back to us, will you accept the feedback? Your call.

1. We would propose that the contract be with Cushman & Wakefield LLP which is the main operating entity in the UK and the headquarters of C&W in EMEA. Please confirm that this is acceptable? This is a technical question concerning rules on contracts. The UK entity has been operating as point of contact for the past few years, so this office does not have an objection.

1. To comply with corporate governance rules, Cushman & Wakefield LLP is required to agree a cap on liability for the work it undertakes, set at an appropriate level. Please confirm that this is acceptable? I know nothing about caps on liability and if we allow them Companies typically want to cap their liability to the mount of the fee – if we were to agree to a cap, I suggest the value the transaction plus the cost to cure.
