GITM MONITORS (SAQMMA09Q0100) – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. In attachment B, the RFQ has a required delivery schedule but no actual dates. Can you provide those dates or time periods? Dates will be established at the delivery order level.
2. Will the Dept of State accept GSA Teaming Agreements to satisfy the GSA Federal Supply Schedule requirement? Teaming agreements are acceptable if in accordance with the partners’ GSA Schedules. Federal Schedules of both parties and the executed teaming agreement must be presented prior to BPA being awarded.
3. Under Post Award Audit Doc’s, what does CPT II mean? The reference to CTP II is an acronym for TEMPEST Certified Professional Level II. This was inadvertently included in the RFQ and should be removed from the document. It has been removed from the attached document.
4. Part 1.4 “ORDERING PROCEDURES”, it states that “Each purchase requirement will be competed amongst all federal schedule holders awarded BPAs via Fedbid. Delivery orders will be awarded based on the quote offering best value to the government.” Please confirm that this means: 1) NO delivery orders will be awarded without competition via Fedbid; 2) Only BPA holders will be invited to bid on these purchase requirements. No delivery orders will be awarded without competition via FedBid and only BPA holders will be invited to bid on these purchase requirements.
5. Part 4.1.2 “Specifications”, it states “Warranty 3 year world-wide coverage including parts and labor; extended warranty support shall be available as a separately orderable option.” Please clarify how you would like this separate pricing to be shown as the Attachment A “Final Quote Submission Worksheet” does not have a place to list optional pricing. Warranty, 3 year world-wide coverage, should be included in the discounted price. Extended warranty may be included as a delivery order requirement and can be completed as a separate item in your RFQ submission. Please do not include it as a part of the final quote submission worksheet.
