About this file
This is a Change Order document related to the Reconstruct Airport Perimeter Fence Phase 2-PIE project at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport in Florida. The change order modifies the original contract terms for the replacement of vulnerable portions of existing fencing and gates with 8-foot tall prefabricated, non-scalable fencing topped with razor wire and wildlife deterrent skirts at the base. The document outlines modifications to the scope of work, scheduling, or other contract elements from the original agreement, establishing revised project specifications and requirements for the fence replacement work designed to enhance safety and security of the Air Operations Area.
The change order establishes revised terms and conditions for the fencing project, including any modifications to pricing, timeline adjustments, scope clarifications, or additional work requirements. This document serves as a binding amendment to the original contract between St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and the contractor, ensuring all parties understand the updated project parameters and associated costs or schedule changes necessitated by conditions encountered during the Phase 2 fence reconstruction work.
