About this file
This is a Common Carrier Attestation document related to the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport's Reconstruct Airport Perimeter Fence Phase 2 project in Florida. The attestation serves as a certification requirement for carriers or service providers involved in the airport security and perimeter fence replacement initiative. The document establishes the framework for confirming that participating entities meet common carrier standards and obligations necessary for supporting the airport's enhanced safety and security operations in the Air Operations Area (AOA). The attestation likely addresses the transportation, delivery, or logistics requirements for materials and equipment needed for the 8-foot tall prefabricated, non-scalable fencing topped with razor wire and wildlife deterrent skirt that will be installed as part of this phase of the airport perimeter security upgrade project.
The attestation document functions as a prerequisite compliance verification mechanism, ensuring that all carriers or transportation providers involved in the project meet applicable regulatory standards and can legally serve as common carriers for the materials and services associated with the perimeter fence reconstruction. This certification requirement reflects the airport's commitment to maintaining security protocols and ensuring that all supply chain participants are properly qualified and authorized to participate in the project. The document would typically contain specific declarations, certifications, and acknowledgments that must be completed and signed by the carrier or service provider before they can proceed with involvement in the fence replacement initiative.
