SPECIAL NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT on VIRTUAL Industry Day for the Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs).

This is a special notice announcement to inform interested aircraft maintenance firms of the VIRTUAL industry day scheduled for the Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs). AMIC will be hosting the VIRTUAL Industry Day via Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom on December 4-7, 2023. Please see attachments and registration link for details.

The Industry Day is scheduled to start at 12:00 PM (EST) on 04 December 2023. The purpose of this industry day is to provide information regarding AMIC’s Aircraft Maintenance Portfolio and upcoming requirement opportunities.

Interested parties must pre-register for the Industry Day in order to receive an email with the virtual industry day link/access by completing the registration form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf1H4dbT8huCkLb3dcjWgIB3JYRrEDr2KAYtiCxSPotd_GTbw/viewform?usp=sf_link. Registration forms must be completed no later than COB, 17 November 2023. Emails are anticipated to be sent no later than 29 November 2023 with information on links/access to the virtual event.

Interested parties looking to schedule one-on-one sessions must indicate their request on the registration form. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled based on parties’ interests in programs. On the registration form, rank your interest for each program next to each program you are interested in discussing. Rankings will be from 1-3, with 1 being the most interested and 3 being the least. Place “N/A” next to the program if there is no interest. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled based on a first come, first served basis as we have a limited number of spots based on Government availability. Each appointment shall not exceed 25 minutes, regardless of the number of programs discussed. Parties are only able to discuss/ask questions relating to the programs they opt for on the registration form. NOTE: this is for one-on-one sessions only, briefings and the Q&A session will cover all programs on the first day. Confirmation emails with appointment times are anticipated to be sent no later than 29 November 2023 in conjunction with the information on links/access to the virtual event.

For details on the different AMP programs, see AMP Info and PWS attachments.
