Statement of Work (SOW)

20th CBRNE CMD Building 5016 & 5046 Universal Power Support

1. Project Title: The U.S. Army, HQ, 20th CBRNE Command requires a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), to Decommission and remove from site (3) existing Vycon Flywheels.

Old Vycon control circuits will be abandoned at nearest junction boxes. The batteries are for the UPS systems, the backup power generators located at BLDG 5016 and the second at BLDG 5046.

2. Background. This SOW establishes requirements of support for the United States Army 20th CBRNE CMD in identifying continuous UPS system malfunctions and ensure that the units meet factory performance and standards. Both systems will require new battery replacements because the Vycon Flywheels will become obsolete, and we need the batteries replacement in place to ensure fail save operations of the systems to mitigate power outage emergencies at either building.
