About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) issued by Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, 45 Civil Engineer Squadron, Operations Flight, dated 16 July 2026, for the procurement of an Armstrong (or equal) Vertical Inline Pump. The required pump is a Model 4300 Vertical Inline Pump with specific dimensions of 8x8x15 inches (inlet x outlet x impeller diameter) and 125 horsepower capacity. The pump must be designed for constant volume operation compatible with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and feature bronze-fitted internal wetted parts for corrosion resistance, a 416 stainless steel shaft, and a bronze casing wear ring. The motor must be TEFC-rated with Class F insulation, shaft grounding, and an insulated non-drive side bearing to prevent electrical damage from stray currents.
The SOW permits offerors to propose equal or like-in-kind products provided they clearly identify substitutes in their offers and meet or exceed all salient characteristics. Offerors proposing equivalent items must submit comprehensive technical documentation, product literature, and specifications to enable Government evaluation; inadequate documentation may result in non-compliance determinations. Delivery must be completed to 734 Delta Drive, B710, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida 32925, within 60 days after contract award. The warranty covers parts only for the first year of operation.
