About this file
This document is a Mandatory Bid Proposal Form for OregonBuys Opportunity #63500-00003976 issued by the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW). The agency is requesting quotes for the purchase of 400 tons of first or second cutting alfalfa hay with specific requirements such as being weed-free, fine-stemmed, and delivered in 3'x4'x8' bales by September 15, 2022. The hay must comply with the Wallowa County Weed Free Forage Program. ODFW will inspect the hay, and any bids for hay not meeting the stated standards will be rejected.
The bid form requires vendors to provide their contact information, federal ID number, and COBID certification number if applicable. Pricing must be held firm for 30 days, and the grand total, which includes all costs and delivery, must be provided. Alternate bids will be considered for products that meet or exceed the specified requirements. ODFW will determine in its sole discretion whether a product is considered "equal."
