About this file

This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for the Flat Creek Fuels Reduction Pile Burning project. The project requires a contractor to burn approximately 203 acres of piles that were created during the summer and fall of 2023 at the Phillip W. Schneider Wildlife Area. The addendum provides clarifications to questions raised during the mandatory pre-bid conference, including the required amount of pile consumption, allowance for complete underburning in steep areas, and the estimated number of piles per acre. The addendum also clarifies the bid submission process, indicating that bids should be submitted electronically through OregonBuys.

ODFW estimates the project to be approximately $30,000. The addendum does not provide any additional details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient information.
