Industry Questions

1. Can you offer pictures of the conference room? Or at least dimensions, and drawings?

Government Response: The dimensions of the room are 46’ x23’, see attachment with room layout

2. Do the items need to TAA compliant?

Government Response: Yes, the items must be TAA compliant

3. The notice states dual outputs from a docking station, does the contractor need to supply docking stations or the connections to a GFE docking station for dual outputs?

Government Response: The contactor needs to provide docking stations and connections for dual output.

4. Will the government use a docking station for the laptops?

5. Does the government plan to use MS TEAMS?

9. Request an extension to the offers closing date to address changing the NAICS code from 334210 (Telephone Equipment Manufacturing) to NAICS code 334310 (Audio Visual Equipment Manufacturing).

Government Response: An amendment will be issued to change the NAICS code from 334210 to NAICS code 334310.
