About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Fire Protection & Life Safety Inspection, Testing, and Certification (ITC) services for the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. The services include semiannual, annual, and other recurring inspections and testing of fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and fire extinguishers over a base year and four option years. The small business set-aside solicitation requires vendors to submit quotes for the various inspection and testing tasks, as detailed in the Statement of Work, by September 27, 2024. Award of the FY25 contract is subject to availability of funds estimated as of October 1, 2024. The vendor must be qualified to operate and test the facility's fire safety equipment and systems, and have the required Washington state licensing. The Government will evaluate quotes based on the criteria outlined in Section E.6.
