About this file

This document contains a federal solicitation and project description for replacement of automatic transfer switches. The solicitation will utilize a two-phase design-build process to select a prime contractor teaming with an engineering firm. Phase I will evaluate offerors with the selected Phase II respondents receiving a request for proposal. The project scope involves design and construction services for replacement of automatic transfer switches at the Lebanon, Pennsylvania VA Medical Center. The project budget ranges from $250,000 to $500,000 and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation is designated for SDVOSB offerors and will follow Federal Acquisition Regulation procedures for design-build acquisition and best value source selection. Evaluation factors and additional Phase II submission requirements will be provided in a subsequent amendment.
