About this file

This document is a Contractor Certification for the Immigration and Nationality Act related to a teleradiology services contract (Solicitation Number 36C25226Q0036) for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC). The certification requires the contractor to comply with immigration laws and regulations, specifically prohibiting the employment of illegal aliens or foreign nationals in violation of their visa status.

The certification mandates that the contractor adhere to E-Verify requirements, Executive Order 12989, and related federal regulations. Non-compliance can result in prohibiting specific foreign national workers from working at the FHCC or potentially terminating the contract. The contractor must also obtain similar certifications from subcontractors and understands that making a false certification may result in prosecution under federal law.
