Key deliverables with firm due dates include: technical kickoff meeting minutes (7 days), system discovery document (20 days), design and integration documents (35 days), equipment delivery (90 days), decommissioning and commissioning completion (120 days), and training materials and as-built drawings (130 days). The total period of performance is 130 days after contract award. Work shall be performed onsite at Jefferson Barracks Medical Center in Saint Louis, Missouri, during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local time. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract. An optional Task 6.7 includes annual technical support, hardware, and software maintenance for the audio console system.
