The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 531130 (Lessors of Mini-warehouses and self-storage), with delivery/access required within 48 hours of the awarded purchase order. The government plans to award a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest-price technically acceptable offeror.
