Updated Specifications for
Storage for NRCS TN ATVs/UTVs/Trailers/Miscellaneous
Scope
The NRCS-TN Office requires secure storage of 4 ATVs, 4 UTVs, 7 Trailers, and Miscellaneous equipment for mission critical assignments across the State of Tennessee. This contract is awarded as a yearly contract that would service the needs of Tennessee Natural Resources Conservation Service in the City of Jackson.
Location
Storage is needed within a 4-mile radius of the Jackson Area Office at: 235 Oil Well Road, Jackson TN 38305
Specifications
• 6 storage units will be required to store UTVs and trailers meeting the following minimum requirements: Covered, 12 feet width, 12 feet in height, and 30 feet in depth.
• 1 storage unit will be required to house ATVs and miscellaneous equipment meeting the following minimum requirements: Enclosed, 10 feet in width, 7 feet in height, 30 feet in depth, and doors on both sides of the unit.
• Period of performance is July 2025 through July 2030. An IAS monthly reoccurring payment will be established.
Storage facility shall have 24-hour security and be accessible 24/7.
Storage facilities should provide locks and keys for all storage units.
Invoices must be submitted electronically each month through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system and in accordance with the payment clause(s) in the contract.
Delivery/access to the storage units shall be provided within 48 hours of the award.
