12FPC321Q0037- Installation of Flatbeds, Probes, and Toolboxes

Combo Synopsis Solicitation for Installation of Flatbeds, Probes, and Toolboxes USDA NRCS South Central Regional Office, Texas

Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation 12FPC321Q0037; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number for this procurement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05 03-30-2020.

(iii) The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.htm /.

(iv) This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business and falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332710 – Machine Shops.

The applicable NAICS code is 332710, which has a size standard of 500 employees. For more information on size standards visit https://www.sba.gov/content/small-business-size-standards.

(v) The United States Government intends to issue one (1) award for installation of flatbeds, probes, and toolboxes. For NRCS-South Central Regional Offices in Temple, Texas.

CLIN Description Quantity 0001 Flatbed Installation on 2021 Ford F350 3 (ea) 0002 Toolbox Installation on 2021 Ford F350 3 (ea) 0003 Hydraulic Probe Installation on 2021 Ford F350 3 (ea) 0004 Purchase of toolboxes 2 (ea) 0005 Labor 1 (ea)

(vi) The Delivery is 153 days or 5 months after receipt of award

(vii) The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. See attachment I

(ix) The provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, this must be completed at the System for Award Management, www.Betasam.gov and the registration be in an “Active” status.

(xiv) Quotes are to due no later than March, 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM, US CST. Quotes received after this date and time will not be accepted. It is the Offerors responsibility to ensure submission of its quote is received by the Government on the date and time stated above. No facsimile quotes shall be permitted for this solicitation.

The government plans to award a Firm Fixed Priced award to the lowest offer (best value) after the following non-price evaluation factors are met – Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

(xv) Quotes are to be emailed to the Contract Specialists and to the Contracting Officer.
