About this file

This document is an Official Price Sheet for Solicitation S000000420 for Casting Director and Acting Services, issued by a state agency (likely Arkansas Educational Television Commission, AETC). The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive casting services for a production, including casting director and assistant services, actor recruitment, and management for multiple roles involving child and adult actors. The project involves casting for main child actors (3), an adult comedic actor, supporting actors, and background extras, with estimated filming spanning multiple episodes and including rehearsal, principal photography, and post-production ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) work.

The pricing structure is detailed in a two-table format requiring contractors to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown, with rates specified per day for different actor categories and roles. Travel expenses are largely non-reimbursable, with a specific exception for four roundtrips and associated costs for out-of-state travel for four main actors. The cost submission requires granular detail, including rates for casting directors, actors during rehearsal and filming, supporting actors, and background extras, along with additional casting expenses like advertising and office supplies. Cost points will be awarded based on the Grand Total Cost, and contractors must be prepared to provide further cost breakdowns during a discussion phase if requested by the state agency.
