About this file

This is a Special Procurement Notice issued by the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, Procurement Services, approving a sole-source procurement for the Oregon Department of Corrections. The procurement (DASOBO-00037677) is for Vicon-brand cameras, video storage, related equipment, parts, and software. This notice is not a bid or proposal opportunity but rather a public announcement of the approved procurement pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes and Administrative Rules. Protests must include detailed legal and factual grounds, a description of resulting harm to the affected person, and the relief requested, and must be submitted by mail or email. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent vendors, or funding source details are included in this notice. Questions regarding the special procurement should be directed to Keri Ashford, State Procurement Analyst, at keri.a.ashford@das.oregon.gov or (971) 379-2399.
