About this file

This is Addendum 1 to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Analysis Services for Scoping of Childcare and Preschool Coordinated Enrollment, issued by the State of Oregon. The addendum clarifies and modifies the original RFP requirements related to conducting a comprehensive analysis and scoping study for a coordinated enrollment system for childcare and preschool services. The project involves analyzing existing childcare and preschool enrollment processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and developing recommendations for a unified enrollment platform. Respondents are required to submit proposals that address the specified scope of work, including stakeholder engagement, data collection, process mapping, and strategic recommendations. The addendum provides additional details, clarifications, or modifications to the original RFP terms, including any updates to submission requirements, evaluation criteria, or project deliverables. Specific response and due dates, along with any bidders' conference information or site visit requirements, would be detailed in the original RFP and this addendum. The contract term and any renewal options are established in the original solicitation documents.

The addendum addresses pricing terms, evaluation methodology, and other contractual conditions governing the selection and award process. Additional information regarding funding sources, budget constraints, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, and the current operational environment for childcare and preschool enrollment in Oregon would be specified in the complete RFP documentation. The state anticipates using this analysis to inform future policy decisions and potential system implementation related to coordinated childcare and preschool enrollment across Oregon.
