About this file

This document contains a subcontracting plan review checklist and related federal contract opportunity. The subcontracting plan review checklist is used to evaluate whether a subcontracting plan meets the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation for small business participation goals. It requires review of whether the contractor's plan includes total subcontracting dollars and separate goals for small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, and women-owned small businesses. It also requires assurances that the contractor will include subcontracting clauses in subcontracts and submit periodic subcontracting reports.

The related federal contract opportunity is a request for proposal for rolling admission to an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple award contract for surface ship maintenance, repair, and modernization services. The solicitation number is N40027-21-R-0007 and is issued by the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center. Services are sought for cruiser, destroyer, landing helicopter deck, landing platform deck, and dock landing ship class vessels homeported in or visiting Mayport, Florida through December 2022. The NAICS code is 336611 and minimum and maximum contract values are $10,000 and $50,000,000 respectively. Offerors must have a Master Ship Repair Agreement or Agreement for Boat Repair and be capable of performing work in the Mayport homeport area.
